For more than 25 years, as a commercially focused, strategic partner, Angela has helped CEOs, senior executives and managers effectively recruit and develop human capital in global organizations. Her strong leadership and organizational skills have enabled her to establish credibility quickly across the enterprise. She knows how to effectively use influence and collaboration to drive positive business outcomes. As a senior human resource executive she has served as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO and executive team. At the same time she has been an employee advocate, focused on creating healthy company cultures of engaged employees.
Angela brings experience and expertise in business transformation, learning and development, global project management, internal communication and operations. However she has always been passionate about learning and has created blended learning programs to build individual and organizational capabilities. She has created technology bootcamps, internal new business "colleges," global sales conferences, client service camp and executive leadership programs.
Angela’s clients include industry associations, privately owned and publicly traded companies across a wide spectrum of industries. She extends her passion for helping others through her work as a Board member of the Business Council for Peace ("Bpeace") and as an advisory board member of the Institute for Women's Leadership ("IWL") at Rutgers.
