My greatest passion and pleasure is speaking to groups of all sizes.  I love harnessing the collective energy in the room to create engaging experiences. My talks and workshops are interactive and provocative. My facilitation style is more push than pull, more ask than tell. I believe that the opportunities as well as solutions to challenges are already in the room. In everything I do, I invite individuals to be open to possibility and to thinking and acting differently. I'm often asked to speak on topics such as leading with emotional intelligence, employee engagement, career development and women in leadership.

As a senior human resource executive she has served as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CEO and executive team. At the same time she has been an employee advocate, focused on creating healthy company cultures of engaged employees.

Angela brings experience and expertise in business transformation, learning and development, global project management, internal communication and operations. However she has always been passionate about learning and has created blended learning programs to build individual and organizational capabilities. She has created technology bootcamps, internal new business "colleges," global sales conferences, client service camp and executive leadership programs.

Angela’s clients include industry associations, privately owned and publicly traded companies across a wide spectrum of industries. She extends her passion for helping others through her work as a Board member of the Business Council for Peace ("Bpeace") and as an advisory board member of the Institute for Women's Leadership ("IWL") at Rutgers.
